SHIPPING
What is your delivery time?
 

Due to the pandemic, it might take little longer then normal for a delivery so do bear with us. One you place an order, we will contact you within next 48 hours to confirm timescale. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Delivery options
 

We can only deliver to addresses within the Greater London. 

Deliveries will be delivered by myself and I will observe social distancing, wear face mask and gloves while handling plants. Please provide telephone number in notes at the point of purchase, so I can call when I am outside of your property and If you are unlikely to be at home please provide instructions of a safe place where we can leave your order.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

At the moment and mainly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot offer deliveries outside London or internationally. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

How do I return an item?

As plants are living things, and depend on proper and regular care and growing conditions, we cannot take responsibility unless they have been delivered in a substandard condition. If this is the case, please take photographs and email us as soon as possible, but definitely within 48 hours of the delivery.  

For any other items you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period within which you can cancel or return your purchased items. This period begins once your order is complete and we have sent you your order confirmation. 

If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within 14 days by email. 

Please ensure that you return the items in saleable condition to us no more than 7 calendar days after the day on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel.

Please note, you are responsible for any costs incurred from returning the items. 

Refunds will be issued to you within 14 calendar days of us receiving the items back. The items will be inspected once they are received and must be in resalable condition for us to be able to offer a full refund.
